ECollege to Reveal Q1 Results

CHICAGO--April 20, 2006--ECollege said it would hold a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of 2006. The call will take place at 3:30 p.m. Central time (4:30 p.m. Eastern time) on Tuesday, May 9, 2006. Leading the call will be Oakleigh Thorne, chairman and chief executive, and Reid Simpson, chief financial officer.

ECollege will broadcast the conference call live over the Internet and interested parties can access the webcast through the company’s Web site. A replay of the call will be available via telephone from approximately 6:30 p.m. Central time on May 9, 2006, until 11 p.m. on May 16, 2006.
