GVT Releases OmniTrackPlus Version 2

ST. LOUIS--April 20, 2006--Global Vision Technologies Inc. has unveiled OmniTrackPlus version 2, a web-based training software solution.

Version 2 allows for exam, survey, and multimedia courses to be authored, delivered, and tracked in real-time, the company said. Courses are created, scheduled, and delivered via automation and email notification tools. The system contains a course and document repository that can be utilized by employees, managers, human resource and training administrators. Trainers can create e-learning courses that can be delivered according to a predetermined timeline, the company said.

“It is a unique solution and provides organizations a cost-effective method to improve communication effectiveness. The solution can be used for promotion, training, or any other communication objective,” said company president, Chris Freund, in an announcement.

Features include a certification and performance appraisal module. The module allows a user to track performance goals and benchmarks that tie back to job performance. A built-in rating system places employees on a scale from 1-5 based on individual performance. The module also serves as a certification and promotional tool, the company said.
