Signature Management Group and Dale Carnegie Announce Venture
SIOUX CITY, Iowa—April 28, 2006—The Signature Management Group and Dale Carnegie Systems have joined forces to provide what they are calling a “best-of-breed” management and training solution for their clients, according to a Signature announcement.
TheSignature Management System utilizes assessments, evaluations, and business intelligence tools that reportedly will help a company’s senior managers understand the needs of employees and customers. The system utilizes management tools that will enable decision makers to identify opportunities and challenges, the announcement said.
Client services include cultural and organizational development programs, feasibility studies and market research programs, corporate repositioning and restructuring programs, corporate image and public relations planning, human resources consulting, employee training and development programs, employee assessment and evaluation, and customer assessment questionnaires and evaluation systems, among others.
