CLO to Discuss Building Effective Teams and Aligning Learning and Development with Corporate Strategy

ATLANTA—May 3, 2006—Witness Systems, a provider of workforce optimization software and services, has announced that its chief learning officer Bill Byron Concevitch will participate in the Interactive CLO Roundtables to be held at the Corporate University Summit, May 22, 2006, in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Summit provides an opportunity for companies to learn best practices and execution strategies that will benchmark the changing role of learning and training in today's corporate environment.

The roundtable discussions are described in the announcement as interactive, hands-on discussions about how organizations can optimize learning and training strategies. Concevitch will join the learning executives from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Comcast University, Caterpillar University, FDIC and Ernst & Young - Americas to discuss the importance of aligning learning and development with corporate strategy.

Concevitch will also serve as a featured speaker in a session about leadership development. His address, “Building Your Talent Pool through an Emerging Leader Program,” will take place May 24, 2006.
