ARCADIS, UCLA to Offer Project Management Training

DENVER—May 2, 2006—ARCADIS has partnered with the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension’s Department of Engineering, Information Systems & Technical Management to develop X 443.9 ARCADIS Principles of Project Management online for ARCADIS certified project managers.

The course integrates project management theory with practical approaches and explores concepts through all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning and selection. It also presents techniques for organizing and controlling non-routine activities to properly manage and schedule quality, budget, and performance objectives.

The course is offered on-demand quarterly in an online format for ARCADIS employees throughout the U.S. It will be conducted weekly over a six-week period for an equivalent total of 36 contact hours.
