Workstream and ExcellerateHRO Sign Distribution Agreement

OTTAWA and PLANO, Tex.—May 11, 2006—Workstream Inc. and ExcellerateHRO have signed a contract to allow ExcellerateHRO’s customers to access select products within the Workstream TalentCenter suite, according to an announcement by companies.

Workstream provides enterprise workforce management solutions and services intended to help companies manage throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. Its TalentCenter suite comprises all of Workstream’s products and services, including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Rewards, Development, and Transition.

ExcellerateHRO, a jointly owned company of EDS and Towers Perrin, offers HR outsourcing services to midsize and large employer organizations. Services include workforce development as well as benefits administration, payroll, recruiting and staffing, relocation and assignment, compensation management, absence management, and workforce administration services.
