Contract Awarded to Rework In-Person Training to Online Format
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.—May 17, 2006—Hire Authority Inc. has selected i.d.e.a.s. Learning to oversee the creative development and implementation of two Hire Authority interactive online training courses.
According to an i.d.e.a.s. announcement, its team will rework the two Hire Authority courses used in face-to-face training sessions into web-based interactive experiences. The first course, "Interviewer Training for Hiring High Performers," is based on Don't Hire Anyone Without Me, a how-to book that teaches employers to assess job applicants using motivation-based interviewing to identify high achievers. The second course, "Experience the Attitude," is based on Have the Attitude, a book that helps individuals explore their own attitudes and discover how to maximize their greatest potential.
Both books are authored by Carol Quinn, president and founder of Hire Authority, the announcement said.
