Microsoft Project Training Course Targets Complex Projects

RESTON, Va.—May 25, 2006—The newest Learning Tree Management Institute Project Management course, “Microsoft Project: Managing Multiple and Complex Projects,” is a two-day, hands-on course in which attendees can participate in exercises intended to provide them with practical experience using Microsoft Project Professional to manage multiple projects.

The course also reportedly offers participants instruction on how to use Microsoft Project Professional tools and techniques in a multiproject environment; reorganize large or complex projects into master projects and subprojects; optimize resource assignments across projects and resolve over allocations; track the schedule, completeness, and budget for complex projects and for distributed teams; and integrate third-party applications to facilitate data sharing and accessibility.

The company intends to begin presenting the course in North America in June and at its London Education Center in July.
