Partnership Delivers Standards-Based Finance and Performance Management Solutions

NORWALK, Conn.—June 6, 2006—Cartesis has announced its plans to support Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 by integrating with Business Scorecard Manager. The integration will permit Cartesis Analytics to be embedded into Microsoft role-based scorecards to align individual performance metrics with an organization’s financial goals, tying company strategy to individuals’ actions. The desired result is that employees improve company performance by better understanding business problems and executing more quickly.

“Many companies will standardize on Microsoft Office PerformancePoint,” said Crispin Read, chief marketing officer at Cartesis, in the announcement.  “In doing so, they will be able to improve performance using a dashboard or scorecard to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.”

The product is intended to enable companies to deliver financial information and key performance indicators to business stakeholders throughout an enterprise. In addition to the reporting and analysis capabilities, users can also get one consolidated view of the organization's performance through Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager.
