KMWorld & Intranets Adds Content Management and Taxonomy Conferences

MEDFORD, N.J.—June 9, 2006—Information Today Inc. has announced that the KMWorld & Intranets 2006 Conference and Exposition is returning to the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, Calif., October 31 to November 2, 2006.

The event targets knowledge management and intranet professionals seeking to learn how to improve business processes and encourage innovation, the announcement said. The event will cover topics ranging from strategic KM planning to practical intranet implementation.

Content Management 2006 will be a conference within a conference at the event. Sessions will cover such topics as the following:

  • Evaluating content management ROI
  • Identify business processes for managing content
  • Integrating search and content management

Taxonomy Boot Camp is also co-located with KMWorld & Intranets in 2006. The conference overlaps with the last day of KMWorld & Intranets, allowing attendees to visit that exhibit hall or attend both events.
