B2T Training Named EEP Charter Member
ALPHARETTA, Ga.—June 13, 2006—B2T Training has announced that The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) has made B2T Training a charter member of its Endorsed Education Provider program.
According to the announcement, the IIBA is a not-for-profit association representing the business analysis profession. Founded in 2002, the IIBA reportedly is establishing standards of practice for the business analyst role by defining the “IIBA Body of Knowledge,” establishing an industry certification program, and identifying training vendors who meet quality standards.
The purpose of the EEP program is to ensure that providers comply with IIBA requirements and to give business analysis professionals assistance in evaluating an education provider, the announcement said. Providers approved reportedly have demonstrated that they are an established business with courses pertinent to business analysis; have shown that they have quality processes in place to deal with course development, course updates, and instructor selection; and have incorporated industry standards and student feedback into their development process.
