Workforce Optimization Solution Rated Avaya Compliant

ATLANTA—June 15, 2006—Witness Systems has announced that its Impact 360 workforce optimization solution complies with IP telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business communications applications, systems, and services.

According to the announcement, the packaged Impact 360 solution powered by Avaya, which includes quality monitoring/full-time recording, workforce management, performance management, and e-learning capabilities, is intended to enable organizations to capture, analyze, and act on cross-functional information that impacts the performance of their contact center workforce, customer interactions, and customer service processes.

“Being rated Avaya compliant signifies another milestone for our Impact 360 Workforce Optimization solution, which is sold by Avaya and its Business Partners,” said John Bourne, senior vice president for global product management. He added that building on the scalability of Avaya’s Communication Manager 3.1 platform, the Impact 360, powered by Avaya, scales to approximately 800 users on a single server.
