Customized Employee Communications Programs

TAMPA, Fla.—June 22, 2006—Paradigm Learning has announced FastMaps, a series of customized employee communications programs intended to enable organizations to communicate new initiatives and align employees around the company’s strategy and vision.

“FastMaps are an offshoot of [our] original Discovery Maps, used by clients when they need help clarifying strategic messages and rolling them out to employees,” said Raymond D. Green, the company’s chief executive and co-founder, in the announcement. “The FastMaps development process gets existing messages out even more rapidly, transferring knowledge to the learner with extreme precision.”

FastMaps educational sessions reportedly are designed around a colorful, dynamic, table-size “map” that creates the visual foundation for a 60-minute learning experience. In a classroom setting, teams of learners work together to explore the map’s content, discuss issues, and develop insights. Users reportedly can augment FastMaps with game elements, discussion question cards, simulations, and other discovery learning techniques.
