Engineering and Construction Firm Deploys LMS

PASADENA, Calif.—July 7, 2006—SumTotal Systems has announced that engineering and construction company Parsons Corp. has deployed SumTotal’s Enterprise Suite software for managing talent as well as analyzing, storing, and delivering training. Parsons reportedly plans to use the software to provide learning and development programs for its employees and contractors.

“Our capacity to design, build, and operate diverse facilities and infrastructure systems hinges, in part, on our employees’ ability to continue to develop their project management skills and expertise,” said Stacey Williamson, manager for online training at Parsons Corp., in the announcement “We plan to use Enterprise Suite not only to boost the efficiency of our project management program, but also to analyze the results of the high-level instruction.”

According to the announcement, Parsons also plans to use the platform for training initiatives intended to enhance customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
