New Art Technologies Offers Process Improvement Workshop

EDGEWATER, N.J.—July 7, 2006—New Art Technologies has announced its on-site, two-day “Process Improvement Workshop” geared to helping organizations tune up and improve their workflow processes.

Author and former DataPro advisor, Jessica Keyes, is slated as the seminar leader, according to the announcement. Upon completion of the workshop, employees reportedly will be able to define their role in continuous process improvement; define the terms “process” and “process flow diagramming;” explain the benefits and use of process flow; identify process flow activities; construct a process flow diagram; interpret and use process flow to identify and solve workflow problems; and understand and implement benchmarking.
