Company Surpasses One-Thousandth IP Recording Implementation Milestone
ATLANTA—July 11, 2006—Workforce optimization software and services provider Witness Systems has announced that it has surpassed its one-thousandth worldwide customer site deployment of Impact 360 IP Recording in a Cisco Systems Unified Contact Center environment.
The Impact 360 IP Recording solution is intended to allow customers to record, categorize, notify, and store calls for quality and compliance purposes. The solution reportedly can scale down to single-channel recording for individual or small-business use, and scale up for use by enterprises as well as large and multi-site contact centers.
According to the announcement, Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union, hostTALK Limited, and SingTel are among the companies using the software.
